We use this solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up on it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and where your enquiry concerns a possible engagement, the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
Form submissions are delivered to us by email. They are not stored in the website’s database. The resulting email correspondence is retained in our mailbox for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to meet any applicable retention obligations.
Our hosting provider keeps standard technical access logs, which include IP addresses, for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. These logs are kept for a limited period and are not used to profile visitors.
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
